FAQ on In Person Family Constellation Workshops

1. What is a Family Constellation workshop?
It is a space to explore the relationships and patterns that shape your life, including those connected to your family and the generations before you. Through a constellation, something that has been difficult to see or name may become clearer.

2. How does the process work?
If you have a constellation, you bring a personal question or situation you would like to explore. With my guidance, you invite other participants to represent people or elements connected to your topic. As they take their places in the room, a picture begins to emerge. We follow what becomes visible, one step at a time.

3. What can I constellate?
You can bring a question about family, relationships, belonging, work, direction in life, or a pattern you keep meeting. You do not need to know exactly where it comes from. Here you can read more about the themes we can explore.

4. Do I need to share personal details about my family?
Only what feels right for you. You can share a little or keep your topic private. A constellation can also be done without revealing the details to the group. If you prefer this, we will have a short conversation beforehand.

5. What do I gain by coming as a Resonator?
As a Resonator, you may be invited to represent someone in another person’s constellation. You can also simply witness the work. Being present with another person’s story often brings unexpected recognition to your own. Your experience matters, even when the constellation is not about your personal question.

6. How many people can join?
The number of places depends on the venue and the length of the workshop. I keep each group small enough for every constellation to receive time and attention. You will find the number of available constellation and Resonator places in the details for each event.

7. How can I participate?
You can book a place for your own constellation or join as a Resonator. You are welcome in either role. You never have to represent someone if you do not feel comfortable doing so.

8. How might I feel afterwards?
You may leave with a sense of clarity or relief. You may also feel quiet, emotional, or tired. There is no particular way you are meant to feel. Give yourself a little space afterwards to notice what stays with you.

9. How long does the workshop last?
In person workshops usually take place over a full day, with a break for lunch. The exact times are listed on each event page.

10. Is it suitable for everyone?
You are welcome whether this is your first constellation or you have experienced this work before. Because personal themes can bring up strong feelings, please contact me beforehand if you are unsure whether this is the right moment for you to participate.

Sometimes, seeing a familiar story from a different place allows something new to move.
