Lived Truth

I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and my family roots are a blend of Quechua, Spanish, and Hebrew lineages.

Over the years, life has moved me through many places—Buenos Aires, Caracas, Lübeck, Hamburg, Barcelona, and Ibiza. Each chapter shaped me, and it taught me something simple and lasting: home is not a location. Home is where the heart is.

Living across cultures also taught me how to communicate beyond words—how to listen, adapt, and honor different traditions while staying true to my own. There were moments of awkwardness and not quite knowing where I belonged. That, too, was part of becoming who I am today.

I spent many years in advertising as an art director. At a turning point in my life, I made a significant change and moved my work toward the body and the system. Today, I’m an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, a Family & Systemic Constellations facilitator, and an embodiment coach. My work blends structure and intuition, offering a space where insight becomes practical change.

I trained in yoga in India and later returned to lead retreats there. I’ve worked for many years as a yoga teacher trainer across Germany and Switzerland, guiding advanced teacher trainings, as well as my own retreats and women’s gatherings. For eight years, I held a dedicated in-person space in Ibiza where people came to slow down, do deep work, and remember what matters.

I’m also a mother of two boys (now teenagers), and I’ve been married for 22 years to my wonderful German husband. He’s an adventurous soul who works internationally as a motorbike tour guide—often in Patagonia, and in many parts of the world.

I’m a reader at heart, with a curious spirit that’s always exploring—people, patterns, philosophy, and what helps us live with more clarity and freedom.

I spend my time with my family and few friends, our animals, sunshine, ongoing study, and long doses of nature.
