THE TRAINING

Master the invisible dynamics shaping human life.

Become a facilitator of Family & Systemic Constellations through an integrative method combining Systemics - Somatics - Pranic Field.

A professional training for those who feel the call to read the Field and guide real transformation.

Train your perception.
Read the field.
Lead with presence.

This training is for practitioners, coaches, yoga teachers, and conscious professionals who want to understand human dynamics at a deeper level and learn to facilitate systemic work with clarity, presence, and authenticity.

At some point in your work with people, you start noticing…

Some patterns shift quickly.
Others keep repeating, no matter how much awareness, coaching, or embodiment work is present.

Because many life dynamics are systemic.

When those dynamics become visible, everything changes.

This training teaches you to see and work with the invisible structures shaping human life —
so the work you already do can deepen in a whole new way.

For many yoga teachers, coaches, and facilitators, learning systemic perception becomes the missing piece in their work.

In this training you will learn to:

• Read the systemic field
• Identify hidden family dynamics
• Facilitate constellation processes
• Understand the Orders of Love
• Work with somatic perception
• Integrate pranic awareness into systemic work
• Hold powerful transformation spaces

This is not just theoretical knowledge.

It is a method you embody.

The Method

This training integrates three powerful dimensions:

01
Systemics

Understanding the invisible structures governing families, organizations, and relationships.

02
Somatics

Learning to perceive truth through the body, breath, and subtle inner sensing — beyond the mind.

03
Pranic Field

Working with the energetic dimension that influences perception, resonance, and systemic movement.

Who is this training for?

How do I know it is for me?

This training is for you, who feels drawn to systemic work and wish to bring more depth to the way you live, lead, or guide others.

You may be here for personal transformation.
You may be ready to expand professionally.

When you keep noticing repeating patterns — in relationships, family, motherhood, money, or purpose — and sense there is something deeper underneath, this training will likely speak to you.

It is especially relevant for yoga teachers, coaches, and facilitators who want to deepen the work they already do through systemic perception, embodied awareness, and Field Literacy.

How do I get started?

Start by choosing the entry that fits your actual moment:

Course Track — for deep personal transformation (no certification requirements)

Certification — for professional training and Practitioner certification

Full Path + Mastery — for advanced facilitation and professional expansion

Then you book the interview, where we clarify best-fit, expectations, and what’s included.

What makes this training different?

This training brings together Systemics ∞ Somatics ∞ Pranic Field in one coherent method.

Beyond concepts, we train the capacities that make this work real: presence, perception, nervous-system steadiness, and the ability to read what is moving in the Field.

It is where deep systemic work meets yoga-informed embodiment — so your sensitivity becomes something you can trust, and the work you already do can deepen in a grounded, clear, and effective way.

Where you can apply
what you learn

The principles of systemic work translate naturally into many areas of life and professional practice.

In your personal life
Bring systemic awareness into family dynamics, partnership, parenting, belonging, boundaries, and money patterns.

In 1:1 client work
Guide constellation-informed sessions, systemic mapping, and embodied inquiry with clarity and care.

In group spaces
Hold workshops, circles, retreats, and community containers with grounded facilitation and clear direction.

In yoga and embodiment teaching
Bring systemic awareness into sequencing, guidance, and the relational field of the room.

In leadership and facilitation
Make clearer decisions, communicate with maturity, and remain regulated while holding complexity.

In your professional ecosystem
Structure your sessions with coherence, position your work ethically, and communicate your offers with confidence.

What you will learn
and embody

Through this training you develop the perception, structure, and steadiness required to facilitate systemic work with clarity.

Read systemic dynamics clearly
Recognize belonging, hierarchy, balance, loyalty bonds, triangulation, parentification, entanglements, and exclusions — and see what is driving the pattern beneath the story.

Facilitate constellations with direction
Learn the essential steps of a clear process: intake, setup, representative selection, movements, interventions, healing sentences, closure, and integration.

Track the nervous system in real time
Notice activation, freeze, collapse, dissociation, or overwhelm in yourself and others — and support regulation within the process.

Work with the Pranic Field
Refine perception, resonance, energetic clarity, and the capacity to stay open without becoming porous.

Guide groups with grounded leadership
Develop steadiness in pacing, agreements, coherence, and group awareness so the container remains clear and strong.

Practice with ethics and boundaries
Know what is yours to do, what is not, and how to work with dignity, responsibility, and professional clarity.

How your work deepens

As your systemic perception develops, the work you already do begins to move with greater clarity and precision.

Your sessions gain structure and precision
You learn how to open, guide, and close a process with clarity, so the work creates real movement and not only insight.

Your presence becomes a tool you can trust
Calm, grounded, and attuned, your presence becomes one of the strongest elements of your guidance.

You work with complexity with less force
Rather than pushing or fixing, you learn to recognize what is essential and allow the system to reveal what matters.

You gain a method you can apply across formats
Use what you learn in 1:1 sessions, group work, workshops, retreats, and longer transformational spaces.

Your clients feel guided with maturity
They experience dignity, orientation, and a next step they can carry into daily life.

Your sensitivity becomes a professional skill
You learn to read what is moving in the system while staying rooted in your body and clarity.

Why I created this Training

Love instead of fear.
Self-aware instead of autopilot.

For over 15 years, I’ve been weaving together yoga-based subtle-body work, embodiment, systemic constellation practice, and the refinement of Field Literacy as a real, trainable skill.

I hold a view of life: humanity is being invited to grow in awareness — not as a trend, but as a lived reality. This shift depends on the in-formation we take in.
What we absorb shapes our inner structures: our nervous system, our choices, our relationships, and our capacity to love.

Meeting the past to free the present
From my perspective, the more the past is met, seen, and released — the entanglements, the inherited loyalties, the unfinished grief — the freer we become to create a new way of experiencing existence.

With more presence.
More authenticity.
More life moving through us.

The longing I kept hearing
Over the years, many women arrived with a similar longing:
“I want depth, and I also want clarity.”
“I want to feel, and I want to understand.”
“I want to heal, and I want to know how to guide others with integrity.”

A path that organized itself
Through the spaces I held — trainings, circles, retreats, constellation work, yoga rooms — this work slowly organized itself into a path.

A path that integrates what I have learned and lived: more than fifteen years of yoga-based subtle-body work and embodiment, systemic constellation practice, and the ongoing refinement of Field Literacy as a trainable skill.

(If you want the full story of my own formation and lineage, you can find it on my About page.)

The roots of my teaching
I trained and taught as a Yoga Teacher Training instructor, guiding Prana Vidya and Pranayama, and specialized in Antastha Yoga — a blindfolded hatha practice rooted in yogic studies of the mind and the soul.

In this practice, perception becomes precise and inner steadiness becomes embodied.

Where practice becomes lived wisdom
Alongside that, I have held deep learning spaces as a teacher trainer and retreat leader. Over the years, I have guided more than 1,000 people through meaningful inner shifts that had to land in real life — in relationships, motherhood, work, boundaries, health, and purpose.

For years I have facilitated in-person spaces for healing, study, and community — places where life does not pause, and the work becomes honest.

Where the Field touches Life

My way of guiding is grounded in trained perception, cultivated through years of study, practice, and real-life integration.

What many call intuition is not a shortcut.
It is a sensitivity refined over time.

Through listening.
Through humility.
Through experience.

Until what remains is simplicity: the ability to meet what is.

I have learned to pause interpretation and listen for what wants to be acknowledged — what has been excluded, what still carries a charge, what is ready to return to its rightful place.

The Field reveals itself through small movements, subtle shifts, and the quiet “yes” of something returning to order.

I hold this work with deep respect for the tapestry of existence — and with reverence for the subtle intelligence that moves through us when we stop forcing and start listening.
