The Pranic Field of Relationships
This workshop is a one day or weekend Family Constellations experience centred on The Pranic Field of Relationships. It is guided through my integrative approach, where yogic wisdom and systemic understanding naturally meet.
Relationships live within a field of energy.
In the yogic tradition, this living intelligence is understood as the pranic field, the subtle current of life moving through our bodies, our emotions, and the space between people.
Where yoga and systemics meet
Yoga informed systemic work holds this relational field through presence, breath awareness, embodied sensing, and nervous system attunement.
This allows what emerges to integrate through the body, beyond intellectual understanding.
The systemic perspective brings another essential dimension, our position within the relational web to which we belong.
Yoga invites us to know ourselves from within.
Systemics reveals how we are positioned within the wider network of relationships that gave us life.
When these two perspectives meet, we can perceive the pranic field of relationships with greater clarity.
What may be moving beneath the surface
Many of the tensions we experience in love, family, and work are more than personal. They may be connected to invisible loyalties, entanglements, blind love, inherited burdens, and dynamics repeating across generations.
Family Constellations allow these movements to become visible within the field.
As new possibilities emerge, the system can begin to reorganize. Breath returns. Movement returns. Life can flow again.
An invitation to find your place
This work invites a simple and profound shift.
To sense where life is asking for a new position within the relational field, and to take that place with presence.
You may feel drawn to this experience if
You have been carrying too much for too long.
You are ready to soften repeating patterns in your relationships.
You feel curious about the subtle field connecting the body, energy, and relational life.
Here, we explore relationships as living expressions of the pranic field moving through human connection.

-
Family Constellations is an experiential approach that explores the hidden dynamics within families and other systems. It can reveal inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, exclusions, and unresolved experiences that may still influence your relationships, choices, work, or sense of belonging.
You do not need any previous knowledge or experience to participate.
-
We begin with a short introduction and a gentle grounding practice. The facilitator then speaks with the person bringing an issue and helps them clarify what they would like to explore.
Other participants may be invited to represent family members, emotions, or meaningful elements of the situation. These representatives are placed in the room, creating a living image of the system.
Through their positions, sensations, and natural movements, something that was previously difficult to see may begin to become visible. The facilitator guides the process carefully, allowing a new perspective or movement to emerge.
-
You may bring a question connected to:
Family and relationship patterns
Your relationship with your mother or father
Repeating emotional experiences
Partnership, separation, or intimacy
Work, money, purpose, or success
Belonging and identity
Important decisions or life transitions
Experiences that feel blocked or difficult to understand
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what to constellate. A simple and sincere question is enough.
-
No. Any information you have may be helpful, particularly significant events such as early deaths, separations, migration, adoption, war, illness, or exclusion. Yet a constellation can also unfold when little is known.
The work begins with what is present now.
-
Only what feels appropriate. A constellation does not require you to tell your entire story.
If you prefer to keep the subject private, we can work with unnamed representatives. In this case, a short conversation with me before the workshop may be needed.
Everything shared during the workshop is treated with care and confidentiality.
-
A Resonator is a participant who may be invited to represent someone or something in another person’s constellation.
You do not need to act, perform, or understand the person you represent. You simply notice what you experience in your body, emotions, and impulses, while remaining guided by the facilitator.
You may always decline a role or step out at any moment.
-
Yes. Witnessing and representing can be deeply meaningful. Another person’s constellation may touch a theme that resonates with your own life and offer an unexpected perspective.
Your participation is valuable, even when the work is not centered on your personal question.
-
The number of participants depends on the venue and format of each workshop. We usually facilitate between five and eight constellations throughout the day. Regardless of the group size, the nature of the work creates an intimate setting, with presence and time for each process.
-
The workshop takes place from 10:00 to 17:00, with a one hour lunch break. You may join for one day or experience the full weekend.
Because this is a living process, the ending time may vary slightly according to the movement of the constellations. Please arrive on time and leave a little spaciousness in your schedule afterwards.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and sit with ease. Bring water, a notebook if you enjoy writing, and anything you need to feel comfortable during the workshop.
No preparation is required. If you are bringing a constellation, you may wish to reflect on the question that currently feels most alive for you.
-
Each experience is different. You may leave with greater clarity, calm, tenderness, or a new understanding of your situation. You may also feel quiet, reflective, or tired.
Give yourself time to integrate. Whenever possible, keep the hours following the workshop gentle and spacious.
-
The workshop is open to adults who feel curious and willing to meet their experience with honesty and care.
