  • We begin by exploring Phenomenology — the art of perceiving what is, without judgment or interpretation. In Family Constellations, this means observing how life, relationships, and ancestral patterns reveal themselves in the present moment, allowing hidden dynamics to be seen and acknowledged.

    We then step into The Field of All Possibilities — the universal space of connection, information, and potential where the past, present, and future meet. In this field, every member of a system belongs, and solutions emerge when we listen with presence and openness.

    You’ll also learn the 3 Orders of Love — Belonging, Order (Hierarchy), and Balance — the natural laws that sustain harmony in any system. Recognizing where these orders are respected or disrupted allows you to restore flow in relationships and in the spaces you guide.

    By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Read and respond to what is present with greater clarity.

    • Understand how the field supports insight, resolution, and connection.

    • Apply the Orders of Love to create balance in personal and professional relationships.

  • In this module, we work with the Mother Principle — our original source of life, and the root of our ability to receive, trust, and thrive. In Family Constellations, the quality of our bond with the mother often reflects how we relate to abundance, relationships, and our own sense of belonging.

    We’ll explore the influence of the maternal lineage, uncovering how patterns, strengths, and unresolved experiences pass from generation to generation. You’ll be guided to look at your mother — and the women who came before her — with fresh eyes, creating space for healing and deeper connection.

    When this bond is honored and restored, relationships soften, careers find more flow, and we anchor into a stronger, more peaceful sense of self.

    Pointing Out and Overcoming Hidden Limiting Beliefs 

    In this module, we will delve into identifying and understanding the subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back. You'll learn how to recognize these limiting beliefs by examining patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and responses to challenges. We’ll explore techniques for challenging and reframing these beliefs, allowing you to shift your mindset and embrace a more empowering perspective. By addressing these hidden constraints, you will free yourself from self-imposed limitations and open up new possibilities for growth and success.

    Meeting My Potential Self  

    This segment is dedicated to discovering and connecting with your highest potential. You will engage in self-reflection exercises and guided visualizations to uncover your true capabilities and aspirations. We will work on setting clear goals and creating a vision for your future that aligns with your innate strengths and passions. You’ll also learn practical strategies to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you envision yourself, empowering you to take actionable steps toward realizing your fullest potential.

    Aligning with My Purpose in Life, My Dharma

    In this part, we will focus on uncovering and aligning with your life’s purpose, or Dharma. You’ll explore your core values, passions, and unique talents to gain clarity about your true calling. Through introspective exercises and discussions, we’ll help you identify how your purpose intersects with your daily life and long-term goals. We’ll also cover how to integrate this understanding into your actions and decisions, ensuring that you live authentically and make choices that resonate with your deepest sense of purpose and fulfillment.

  • Our closing session is dedicated to grounding and integrating everything you’ve learned, so it becomes a natural part of how you live and how you work.
